The Sarnia Lambton
Workforce Development Board is a non-profit organization funded by
Employment Ontario to play
a leadership role in workforce development. The role of the Local
Board is to engage the
community and community partners in local labour maket development.
By conducting and
analyzing local labour market research, trends and planning
processes, we
work to develop community
partnerships to find solutions to local issues.
